Red Specter Security Research Ltd ("we", "us", "Red Specter") provides AI security software, offensive security tools, and monitoring services. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of all Red Specter products and services, including but not limited to AI Shield, NIGHTFALL, Guardian Chatbot Monitor, and any associated web platforms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Red Specter product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our products or services.
3. Authorised Use
Red Specter offensive security tools (including NIGHTFALL and all associated tools) are designed exclusively for:
- Authorised penetration testing engagements
- Red team exercises with written authorisation
- CTF competitions and security research
- Defensive security evaluation of your own systems
You must not use Red Specter tools against systems you do not own or have explicit written authorisation to test. Unauthorised use may violate applicable law and will result in immediate termination of access.
4. Subscription & Billing
Where applicable, subscription terms and billing details are provided at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
All Red Specter software, documentation, branding, and content are the intellectual property of Red Specter Security Research Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our proprietary software without written permission.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of Red Specter products is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
7. Limitation of Liability
Red Specter provides its products and services "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Specter Security Research Ltd, its directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our products or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Red Specter product or service if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these Terms, engaging in unauthorised use, or acting in a manner that could harm Red Specter or its users.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
